No, the migration has been completed. However, you should configure your Stripe settings to ensure payment retry settings match ClassForKids' setup - follow the steps in the guide to check your Subscriptions and Emails settings.
Yes, your fees are the same. They're now rolled up into one all-inclusive fee instead of separating out the Stripe fees.
Parents can continue to manage their card details and pay for failed payments as usual - in fact, it's now even easier. They can log into their account, view their subscriptions, pay any amounts due, and update their payment methods. This would be a good time to ask parents to check their default card and clear out any old or expired cards.
No, the upgrade maintains seamless payment processing and provides enhanced stability and protection for long-term success. If you do find issues with your account after the migration, please email support@class4kids.co.uk.
This is due to additional verification requirements as part of the migration to a new Stripe account. The reason we are applying these verification steps is to comply with fiscal rules on identity verification, fraud prevention, and financial reporting. The standard payout timeframe on Stripe is 5-10 days - this will reduce to 3 days once your account has settled.
